Web 2.0 applications or web portal are very important these days. I think telecentre.org web portal is the most effective tool connecting our telecentre.org network. Web 2.0 applications are very effective tools in social, economic, political and cultural changes. They are the main part in the political changes in North Africa and Middle East. We are interested to increase interactivity and collaboration on telecentre.org website. We want to improve applications and tools that allow users to add or edit content (blogs, events, photos, etc.) in an easy way to interact with other users to share information, knowledge and best practices. We need to set a questionnaire which will help us to improve our telecentre.org. The evaluation of the existing web portal and the response to the questionnaire will improve our network. i do agree with Melinda, we should have a web streaming like what it took place in un-gaid conference in Abu Dhabi in December 2010 and i participated from Helsinki Finland while i was attending another two conferences  http://un-gaid.org/
