In their first meeting the parties interested in importing OLPC project to the Sudan and build on previous efforts were made a brief presentation about Laptop Per Child (OLPC). The meeting hosted by the City of Africa tech on University Avenue each of:

And we talked during the meeting by telephone later with:
9 - Dr. Ayman Mohammed Badri:, director of the e-education of children outside schools project (Ahfad, literally girls) firstname.lastname@example.org, who has joined, in turn, the network of a laptop computer for every child and expressed his personal readiness and the University of grandchildren to provide all support through the provision of their suggestions and their readiness to promote the project which they had previous efforts supported by UNESCO and other organizations, but they failed only because there was no direct contacts of the officials of the organization OLPD.
It is important that the hard work will start to promote the project and its application in the Sudan in different regions, God willing,
what the (olpc network to Sudan)? it is a network composed of : Some Sudanese Organizations, Africa City of Technology, Sudan Universities, national experts in computer and distance education and the network aims to provide laptop computers to all Sudanese children. The general objective is: the provision of a laptop computer for every child in primary schools. The pilot project: the application of a small model of the project in 6 months (in accordance with the academic year).
Means: partnerships with relevant actors.
Seeking to develop education models developed in accordance with the method of education in the Sudan.
